Alma-blood ewes fetch high prices at 2010 Hay September Sheep Sale
$237 Alma-blood, Yarto bred 1 year ewes
$200 was the first bid at the 2010 Hay September Sheep Sale, regarded by Hay Merino Breeders as the best Hay sale ever.
$237 was the final bid for the first pen sold on the day, Alma-blood young ewes from Yarto, Booligal. Yarto also sold a younger line of ewes for $219.
The Alma bred and blood young ewes sold for $212.
