Alma

The start of 2010 saw Glenn and Linda Caldow with their three children, James, Alice and David move into the Alma Homestead. Glenn has taken over from Peter Thomson as Alma Manager and we thank Peter for his years of dedicated work and for promoting the Alma Merinos.

Not long after Glenn arrived it started raining, giving Alma the best season for 10 years. It is fantastic to drive around the paddock and see the Old Man Saltbush regenerating and the sheep lazily sleeping during the day, when over the past years they had to constantly roam to get a feed each day.
